Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1/2 lb. processed cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 bag taco chips (nacho cheese), crushed
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken and cut in chunks. Cut cheese in chunks.
    Place chicken in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish and top with chopped onion, salt and pepper.
    Add cheese chunks and top with half the bag of taco chips.
    Mix soups and tomatoes in a bowl and pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then sprinkle remainder of chips on top. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
