Senate Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped ham
1 small pkg. Great Northern beans
1/4 tsp. parsley
3 chopped onions
dash of red pepper
dash of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 stalk chopped celery
1 good c. mashed potatoes

Preparation

Put all ingredients in heavy soup pot.
Cook slowly until beans are tender.
