Asparagus With Mushrooms And Cilantro - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Steam Ahead Asparagus
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. minced shallots or onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Cut asparagus on a diagonal into 1-inch pieces. Lightly coat the bottom of a nonstick pan with vegetable spray. Preheat the pan over medium-high heat for 30 seconds. Add the mushrooms and cook, tossing and shaking until they are lightly browned. Add asparagus and shallots and continue tossing for about 1 minute. Season with salt, pepper and cilantro. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
