Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 head lettuce
    1 large purple onion
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower and layer into a large container.
    Next shred lettuce and spread on top of cauliflower, then chop onion and put on top of lettuce.
    Sprinkle 1 cup of Parmesan cheese over all layers and top with mayonnaise.
    Do not mix!
    Cover and put in refrigerator overnight, then mix the next day before serving.
