Mexicali Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
    1 1/2 cup instant rice
    1 small chopped green pepper
    4 c. shredded lettuce
    1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    Drain.
    Add broth, tomato sauce, and chili seasoning mix.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in rice and green pepper; cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Garnish with lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and cheese.
