Prune Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    28 or 1 3/4 c. chopped prunes
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. orange juice
    2 large eggs
Preparation
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Process prunes in boiling water in blender or processor 10 seconds.
    Add sugar and eggs, process 1 minute.
    Add oil and process one minute.
    Add orange juice and flour; beat well.
    Bake 1 hour until brown.
    Cool before removing from pans.
    (1 1/2 inch slice = 92 calories.
    Leave off 1 starch and 1 bread.)
