Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    6 medium potatoes, diced and cooked
    1/2 c. milk, mixed with 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 small can mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Mix butter, milk, water, celery and onions; cook until celery and onions are tender.
    Add potatoes and a little bit of water. Add milk-flour mixture and mushrooms.
    Stir until thickened.
    Keep on warm stove until served.
    You can add 2 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon for extra flavor.
    Serves 6.
