Creole Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium sized onions (whole but cored)
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. canned tomatoes
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Place onions in baking dish.
Add green pepper, celery, tomatoes and seasonings.
Cover and bake until tender, about 1 hour, at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
