Pastry For Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and shortening.
    In separate dish, mix egg, vinegar and water. Mix all together with fork (real sticky). Chill 15 minutes.
    Yields crust for 2 double crust pies.
