Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. oil
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. soda in milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, finely chopped
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix ingredients together, adding rhubarb and nuts last.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
