Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat milk
    until hot.
    Stir in cornmeal and salt.
    Cook while stirring until thickened.
    Add butter.
    Let cool slightly and stir in beaten eggs.
    Pour into greased 1-quart casserole.\tBake in 375\u00b0 oven 45 minutes to 1 hour.\tServes 4.
