Quick And Easy Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bottom round steak
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. mushrooms
    1 small bell pepper
    1 bunch green onions
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak into small chunks.
    Slice mushrooms, bell pepper and onions.
    Salt and cook steak in oil over medium to high until done.
    Add mushrooms, pepper and onion.
    Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Pour gravy mixture over; stir.
    Add water and stir well. Let simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with rice.
