Spinach-Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. frozen cut leaf spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
    1 (8 oz.) pizza sauce
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 garlic clove, minced
    32 slices baguette style French bread, 1/4-inch thick
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine spinach, pizza sauce, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic.
    Mix well.
    Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture on each baguette slice.
    Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Broil 4 to 6-inches from heat on ungreased cookie sheet, 2 to 3 minutes or until appetizers are hot, cheese is melted and edges of bread are toasted.
    Makes approximately 32.
