El Dorado - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    chopped onion
    garlic salt
    3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 can sliced black olives
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 pt. cottage cheese
    1 small can diced Ortega chilies
    1 (8 oz.) bag tortilla chips, crushed
    1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and salt in a skillet.
    Add the tomato sauce and black olives.
    Remove from heat.
    In separate bowl, mix the sour cream, cottage cheese and chilies.
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch casserole in the following order:
    1/2 chips, 1/2 meat mixture, 1/2 cottage cheese/sour cream mixture and 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat layers. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 35 minutes.
