Chicken With Lemon And Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c dry Italian bread crumbs
    1/4 c plus 2 Tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley (optional)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/4 c milk
    1/4 c butter, melted
    1 large clove of garlic, crushed
    Juice of 1 lemon
    Paprika
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Dip each breast in milk and dredge and pat in bread crumb mixture.
    Arrange in a lightly greased 9x9 inch baking dish.Combine melted butter, garlic, and lemon juice.
    Drizzle over chicken.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 325 degrees for about 30 or 40 minutes or until tender.
    Yield: 4 servings.
