Microwave Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fine cornflake crumbs
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle cornflake crumbs in an oiled 5 1/2 to 6-cup microwave safe ring mold.
    Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, sugar and salt.
    Add eggs, milk and oil; mix well.
    Pour into ring mold. Cook, uncovered, in microwave 5 minutes at High or until a cake tester comes out clean; rotate 1/2 turn once.
    Immediately invert on serving platter.
