Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples, pared, peeled and sliced thinly
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Grease and flour Bundt tube pan.
Combine ingredients; mix well.
Pour into pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Cool about 10 minutes before turning onto plate.
