Oven Fried Haddock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3 haddock fillets
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    paprika
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Preheat oven to very hot, 525\u00b0.
    Add salt to milk.
    Cut fillets into serving pieces and dip fish into milk, then crumbs mixed with cheese and thyme.
