Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk (whole or canned)
    2 1/2 to 3 c. shredded sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in greased round casserole. Bake at 375\u00b0 for one hour or until brown.
