Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 small to medium onion
3 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. Seafood Seasoning (McCormick)

Preparation

Mix together.
Drop by teaspoon in hot oil until golden brown.
