Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated zucchini
    2 large grated carrots
    2 medium chopped onions
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Cook zucchini until half done (do not overcook) for 5 to 10 minutes.
    Salt slightly.
    Drain several times.
    Saute onions in some of margarine.
    Mix onions, carrots, soup, sour cream and zucchini.
    Set aside.
    Melt rest of margarine and pour over stuffing in separate bowl and mix well.
    Butter a 2-quart casserole dish and in layers, start with half of zucchini mixture and then half of stuffing mix.
    Repeat, ending with stuffing on top.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0, covered.
    Remove lid and bake additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
