Ingredients

4 c. Sourdough Starter
2 c. lukewarm water
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. vegetable oil (reserve 2 Tbsp. for frying)
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix the first 6 ingredients until smooth.
Sift salt, soda and sugar directly onto batter.
Mix only until blended.
Set aside for 15 minutes.
