Buckeyes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
3/4 box confectioners sugar
8 oz. peanut butter
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/8 bar paraffin
Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Mix in peanut butter until smooth.
Form into small balls.
Chill 2 hours or more.
In top of double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate chips and paraffin.
Spear a candy ball with a toothpick and dip in the chocolate, leaving a small area to give the \"buckeye\" effect.
Dry dipped candies on wax paper.
Store in tightly covered containers in refrigerator or freezer.
Makes about 75.
