Easy Hollandaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    5 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of white pepper or cayenne
Preparation
    Melt butter over medium heat and keep hot until used.
    Put yolks in blender with lemon juice.
    Blend on low speed 10 seconds. Remove bubbling butter from heat and pour in thin stream into blender on low.
    Blend 1 minute or more to cook eggs.
    Add pepper.
