Shreveport Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cubed
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in small amount of fat.
    Mix balance of ingredients and pour over meat.
    Simmer 1 hour or longer.
    Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
