Sweet Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn, cut from cob
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 tsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Mix corn, eggs, milk, salt, pepper and butter together.
    Pour into well-greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Set casserole dish in a pan containing about 1 inch of hot water. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
