Vegetable Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Ronzoni manicotti (uncooked)
1 can Hunt's traditional spaghetti sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, chopped
Preparation

Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain. Spray 8 x 13 dishes with nonstick spray and arrange in single layer to fill.
