Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (6 1/2 oz.) Chicken of the Sea pink salmon, drained
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    oil
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine salmon, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, bread crumbs, onion, parsley and garlic salt.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 4 burgers (mixture will be moist).
    Heat 1 to 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet.
    Place burgers in skillet.
    Cook over medium heat until browned.
    Turn and brown other side.
    Serve on bun with your favorite sauce.
