Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Let cool.
    Beat egg and vanilla. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
