Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix butter and brown sugar; boil for 2 minutes.
Add milk and bring to a boil.
Cool completely and add powdered sugar to desired consistency (about 1 box).
This icing is very good and doesn't get too hard.
