Seaweed Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 oz. dried seaweeds, cut by 1 inch length
    1/4 c. sliced beef
    5 c. water
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Soak the dried seaweed in lukewarm water for 10 minutes and drain.
    Fry the prepared seaweed and sliced beef with sesame oil and then pour water into the pan and boil it.
    Add seasoning (soy sauce and garlic) into the soup and boil for another 10 minutes.
