Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onions, chopped
    4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 5 c.)
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    6 Tbsp. tamari
    1 tsp. dill
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Saute onions, garlic and dill in butter.
    When onions are soft, add water and potatoes.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Add tamari, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and pepper.
    Remove some of the potatoes and broth from the pot and blend thoroughly.
