Lemon Angel Food Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
    4 egg yolks, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Add cream of tartar and 1 cup sugar; beat until smooth and glossy.
    Bake in well buttered 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 1/2 hours at 275\u00b0.
