Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    4 eggs
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    favorite \"Thank You\" brand fruit topping
    1 (9 x 13-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Cream together first 5 ingredients for 15 minutes.
    Blend the sour cream, sugar and vanilla for 5 minutes.
    Blend both mixtures together.
    Place on your graham cracker crust in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Turn off oven.
    Open door slightly.
    Leave in oven 1 hour.
    Slice and serve with fruit topping.
