Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground fresh cranberries
2 oranges, ground with peel
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 apple, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)
1 small can drained crushed pineapple (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and serve as is or add small cherry jello to congeal.
Make a day or two ahead. Molds nicely.
