Garden Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. chopped fresh or frozen broccoli
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz.)
    1/2 (3 oz. size) can French fried onions
    4 eggs
    2 c. whipping cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix baking mix and water.
    Beat vigorously 20 strokes.
    Gently smooth dough into ball on cloth covered board. Knead 5 times.
