Do Not Peek Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. cut fryer breasts
    1 c. long grain rice
    4 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 soup can milk
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Sprinkle rice evenly on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix soup and milk together.
    Pour melted margarine and soup/milk mixture over top of rice.
    Lay chicken on rice and sprinkle onion soup. Seal with foil. Bake 2 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 (do not peek).
