Poppy Seed Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    3/4 c. currants or chopped raisins
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick, sugar and poppy seed in a bowl.
    Make a well in the center of these ingredients and add remaining ingredients into the well.
    Stir only until moistened.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes in muffin cups.
