Cream Cheese Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 pt. cream, whipped
1 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 envelope Knox gelatine
salt to taste
Preparation

Soak gelatine 5 minutes in cold water, then add hot water and beat in cream cheese.
Add sugar, whipped cream and pineapple. Add nuts and salt last.
Pour into molds and let congeal.
This will make 2 small molds or one large.
