German Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2-layer) pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    1 egg
    2 eggs
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 can Lucky Leaf pie filling
Preparation
    Combine first 4
    ingredients
    in mixer bowl. Beat until crumbly.
    Press into
    large
    spring-form
    pan or (9 x 13-inch) baking pan.
    Beat 2
    eggs with cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons of
    vanilla
    until
    fluffy.
    Spread
    over cake mix layer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
    Blend sour cream with 1
    teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Spread over top.
    Pour
    pie
    filling
    (cherry, blueberry, strawberry, etc.) over cheesecake and chill.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
