German Potato Salad(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2/3 c. water
    5 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Place bacon in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High until crisp.
    Remove; crumble and set aside.
    Add onion to bacon drippings.
    Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on High.
    Stir in flour, sugar, salt and celery seed.
    Microwave 1 minute on High.
    Stir in water and vinegar.
    Microwave 3 to 4 minutes on High until mixture boils.
    Add potatoes and bacon; stir gently to coat with sauce.
    Serve at room temperature or warm.
