Quick Coconut Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 c. Baker's coconut
Preparation
    Mix butter and coconut.
    Press evenly in 9-inch pie pan. Bake in a slow oven (300\u00b0) until light brown, 30 to 35 minutes or brown coconut mixture lightly in skillet for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Press evenly in a pie pan.
    Fill cooled crust with ice cream, a cream or chiffon filling.
