Beef Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. whole mustard seed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Combine the above ingredients and mix well.
    Form mixture into a large roll.
    Wrap in foil.
    Place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Poke holes in the foil with a fork along the bottom and place in a baking dish with a little water.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350.
