Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. jumbo lump crab
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. mayonnaise
juice half of a lemon (1 tsp. ReaLemon)
1 tsp. dry mustard
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 shakes garlic salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except crab and Cheddar cheese.
Add 4 ounces Cheddar cheese and crab.
Place in 2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and paprika on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
