Butterfinger Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, very soft
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    4 c. regular oatmeal
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugars.
    Add oatmeal.
    Mix (it takes awhile) and press into shallow cooking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 12 minutes.
    Melt 6 to 8 ounces of chocolate in a double boiler.
    Add milk, if needed.
    Spread over the oatmeal mix.
    Cut into cookies only after completely cooled.
