Mom'S Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded green cabbage
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. each: diced green and red bell pepper
    1 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    Crisp the
    shredded
    cabbage
    in
    ice water for 1 hour; drain well.
    Mix with peppers.
    Combine the mayo, lemon juice, onion, celery
    seed, sugar, salt and pepper; mix with cabbage. Stir in dry roasted peanuts.
