Avocado Dressing And Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/3 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. mayonnaise (fat free)
    3 to 4 medium size ripe avocados
Preparation
    In a food processor, combine the first 6 ingredients and blend 2 minutes at low speed.
    Add mayonnaise and blend 1/2 minute at low speed, then increase speed to medium and blend an additional 2 minutes.
    Slowly add avocados and blend at low speed no longer than 4 minutes.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
    Use as a salad dressing, dip for vegetables or crackers, or on bread for a sandwich.
