Creamy Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1 (18 oz.) can ready to serve vanilla pudding
    2 medium apples, diced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in cold water.
    Chill until partially set.
    Combine chilled gelatin and pudding in a bowl. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    Chill until mixture mounds when spooned.
    Fold in apple, celery and nuts.
    Pour into a mold. Chill until firm, 6 hours or overnight.
