Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 pork chops, 1/2-inch thick
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. Uncle Ben's rice
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in oil.
    In a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish, put rice, beef broth, 1 soup can water, carrots, onions, steak sauce, salt, pepper and basil.
    Arrange pork chops over rice mixture.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover and continue baking for 10 minutes more or until all water is absorbed.
