Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water (warm)
    2 packs dry yeast
    1 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve the yeast in 2 cups water; set aside.
    Mix boiling water, salt, sugar and Crisco.
    Add eggs, yeast and 3 cups of flour; mix.
    Add remaining flour until mixed.
    Put in oiled bowl; let rise.
    Punch down; let rise second time.
    Punch down; shape into rolls.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until brown. Makes 2 dozen.
